Annual Property Assessment Re-Inspections

Assessors from Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc. will be out conducting annual property assessment re-inspections on behalf of Westlock County.

The areas of Year 2023 Re-Inspection Cycle are as follows:

• Townships 57, 59, 60, 61  Range 26 

• Townships 62, 63  Range 1
 • Townships 61, 62, 63   Range 2

• Westlock Airport, Crosswind Landing, Fawcett, Pickardville

We conduct an annual re-inspection of 20 per cent of properties in order to ensure the property assessment data is accurate and current, as part of the 5 Year Re-Inspection Cycle Program.

Assessors will also be out visiting properties until the end of December where a new subdivision has been completed, new construction has been started or ongoing, and new permits have been issued.

Please be aware that assessors will be on-site, taking exterior pictures of assessable buildings, and walking the properties involved, as authorized in the Municipal Government Act.  

The Assessors will be in marked vehicles with the Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc. logo on doors and will also be wearing photo ID under the same name.

All inspections will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
