NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING BYLAW: 60-2024
On June 11, 2024, Westlock County Council passed First Reading of Bylaw No. 60-2024 being a Bylaw to amend the Westlock County’s Land Use Bylaw No. 04-2016 to provide for the following:
Location: Flood Hazard Area of the Pembina River throughout Westlock County
Proposed Amendment: To provide updated regulations for subdivision and development in the Flood Hazard Area of the Pembina River
Westlock County Council will hold a Public Hearing to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed Bylaw prior to its adoption. Public is welcome to attend via Zoom, the link for the zoom meeting is:
