Overweight/Over-Dimensional Permits
Over-dimensional & overweight loads can cause damage to Westlock County infrastructure resulting in increased maintenance costs. All over-dimensional/overweight permits for Westlock County go through; Transportation Routing and Vehicle Information System (TRAVIS).
Please contact: Alberta Transportation https://www.alberta.ca/applications-and-permits-for-commercial-transportation. Westlock County will then review/approve this permit once received before you can travel on County roads.
Please be aware approvals are only provided during regular business hours, no evenings or weekends (all permits must be received before noon on Friday if required to travel over a weekend).
