Postal Strike

With the postal strike impacting mail delivery, Westlock County has alternative methods for residents and businesses to manage their utility bills.

Please note that utility payments deadlines remain due on their regular dates, even if you have not received documents in the mail.

Options for Receiving Your Utility Bill

- Sign Up for E-Billing: When you sign up for e-billing, your utility bill is sent directly to your e-mail. To sign up, contact us at info@westlockcounty.com or call 780-349-3346.

- Pick Up in Person: Visit the County Office at 10336-106 Street during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.) to collect your bill. Bring government-issued ID for account verification.

Options for Paying Your Utility Bill

- Pre-Authorized Payment Plan: Enroll to have your utility bill automatically paid from your bank account. Contact us at 780-349-3346 for more details.

- Online or Telephone Banking: Use your bank's online or telephone banking services to make payments.

- E-transfers: Send your e-transfer to info@westlockcounty.com, and ensure the address and/or account number are in the message box.

- In-Person: Pay at the County Office with cash, cheque, debit, or credit card.

(Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed from 12 to 1 p.m.)

- Drop Box: Drop off cheques (no cash) in the secure payment drop box at the County Office, available after hours.

- Online: Pay online with credit card or through our OptionPay system.
