NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING BYLAW: No. 88-2026

On August 11, 2026, Westlock County Council passed First Reading of Bylaw No. 88-2026 being a Bylaw to amend the Westlock County’s Land Use Bylaw No. 04-2016 to provide for the following:

Proposed Amendment: Establish a new Agricultural-Commercial District

Westlock County Council will hold a Public Hearing to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed Bylaw prior to its adoption. Public is welcome to attend via Zoom, the link for the zoom meeting is:
